Some issues with Checkout 51 My personal experience part 2

I am starting to get the impression that the employees at Checkout 51 are incompetent, or again BLIND. This is the 3rd Letter, so the 4th submission to the SAME receipt. here was my First Post on this incident.

Hi Dana,

Thanks for your email!

I took a look at your receipt and you claimed the following offer twice: "Buy 2: BUSH'S® Chili Beans - Any variety. Excludes Baked Beans, Grillin’ Beans®, Variety Beans, Organic Beans, Savory Beans and Chili Magic®. Items must appear on the same receipt."

Because you purchased the product twice, we were able to credit you for the first offer you claimed.

However, redeeming a Buy 2 offer twice would require *four products to appear on the receipt. I apologize if this was confusing or unclear.

It appears as though you may have "reserved" the Uncle Ben's offer on another savings app or website after submitting your receipt to Checkout 51 and before we could approve your claims – either by saving, clipping, claiming, or redeeming and, as a result, it is no longer available in our system to share with you.

Even in cases where the offer hasn't been redeemed yet for a rebate or cash back value, it is now effectively reserved for use by you on that respective app only, which is why we can't offer it to you as well.

We realize this can be a frustrating experience. In the future, please keep in mind that this can often happen when several savings sites are used in combination with one another.

 And As for the beans...  Look at the receipt again... there are 4 cans of BEANS!

I see 4 cans of Bush's Beans, don't you?


It took me a day or two to find these, as they were not titled the same as my receipts, but here is the PRINTED FROM the website the day I went to submit them

So Um...what does that equal.... clearly, there is some mistake on YOUR end.
NOW you can CLEARLY see I purchased everything the website said to purchase, and at my LIMIT of 2 times!! Not the 1 time that you CLAIM 

This is what it looks like when you go to Claim your items... They make it so you can't go over your claim limit... you see how it stops me at 2?

and this is what it told me I would get back...

When I got my first response. I got a total of $1 in my account, saying only the Beans claim ($1 back on 2) and the Rice claim ($1 back on 4) went through... (Hmm $1+$1 should equal $2, right?) claiming that the other Set of 2 cans of beans and 4 packs of rice, and either didn't exist on the receipt or that they only allowed one claim... 

So again.. if 2 of the 4 $1 claims were accepted, why do I still only have $1 in my ACCOUNT?

Some issues with Checkout 51 My personal experience

This is a letter I wrote to Checkout 51 after sending in my receipt TWICE and even CIRCLED the items they claimed were not on the receipt as a response to their first email. 




I received this letter from Checkout 51 as a SECOND response... 





Apparently, a few of your employees don't know how to count.  

I sent in a Receipt where I had bought 13 (got one free, so I paid for 12.  When I sent in my receipt, I claimed 8 of the 12. ONLY 4 were accepted, and the letter states I did not buy any more than 4 when my receipt CLEARLY STATES there are 12 PAID for Uncle Bens Ready Rice. The website states that if you buy 4 Uncle bens, you get $1 back., and you can claim up to 2 times. I tried to claim 8 of the 12 purchased... yet they only see 4 on the receipt.....   if I can claim it 2 times, why do they refuse to see more than 4 Uncle Bens Ready Rice on my receipt... they are LITERALLY ALL next to each other!

Also, If my Uncle Bens and all 4 cans of beans were accepted, why do I only have only $1 back? I took a picture of what my total should have been in full. that is the second file on this email. I will continue to blog about my experiences, though I seem to get a lot of people NOT reading receipts correctly. Literally, EVERY time I upload one, something is missed. It's starting to REALLY make me mad, would you Please REDEEM ALL of My Items and EVERY Receipt that follows so you don't waste EVERYONE's time! PLEASE!?

This is what my total SHOULD look like... So far it's only $1 because some employees are slacking. 

I pay attention to EVERYTHING, every cent, every dollar... you will NOT get by me and miss my claims because I record EVERY step!! I will be posting my process on my blog.

Thank you for FIXING this issue and making sure your employees pay attention MORE would be nice.

First Huge Savings With Checkout 51!

My First BIG Shopping Trip using 

Checkout 51 and Savings Star

 Sorry It has been a few days.

I have been spending day and night calculating the best possible plan of action to get the most savings on my first HUGE shopping trip with savings cards and coupons. I planned long and hard on this one, lost sleep, but I think I did AMAZINGLY! Remember, I am not the Krazy Coupon Lady, or Couponing 101, YET! But I am here, standing along side you, showing the best possible ways that are sometimes missed by the greats, mentioned above!

So on my FIRST big trip, I planned around Checkout 51 and Savings Star.

 (I STILL missed the $10 bonus on Ibotta, due to NOT having a phone to use that works with the app. There would have been several MORE if I had been able to use it! )

As well as a couple other things

At Target I got 2 bottles of Heinz BBQ for $4, so I got 4 of them.

For every Bottle, I got $1 back on Checkout 51... 

Making Each Bottle $1

And they have deals on Fresh fruits and Veggies too! All you have to do is look!

I Also got some of the Bush's Beans for the bean deals on both Savings Star 

(save $3 when you buy $12) 

and Checkout 51

 Buy 2, get $1 

on several of the Bushes Beans and Hummus deals

(plus they were only 88cents at Safeway the other day, so that's even more savings)

I had already clicked into the link for the Kelloggs Family and started filling out, but forgot to send before sending my CO51 Receipt. They were kind enough to accept it anyway, and I got the $1 Credit!

I have since been approved and was waiting until I transfered to paypal that it all went smoothly! Saving Star is a DREAM!

 but  And I am VERY happy with Checkout 51 so far on my FIRST shopping trips with some of the items mentioned above!!

I am INCREDIBLY THANKFUL to the Staff/Customer Service at Checkout51 and Savings Star! Both are Top Notch, and Checkout51 is so QUICK! Both are super helpful! 

I am Very satisfied with Checkout 51's Customer Support! So Far it is my FAVORITE of the Shopping Apps! Best Support, Quickest Service, Accessible to people whether they have a smartphone or not! VERY awesome!  I even posted about it on my blog!! Thank you so much! I totally love this program!!

I have earned enough to get a check which I will be either putting in for soon, or waiting till I have a bit more saved. I love THESE APPS!!

 Shopping is Chaotic, sometimes stressful, sometimes you are having a bad day. But what if you went shopping, and got money back on those items?  There are several little Apps I am going to review over the next few weeks, that will help with Holiday shopping as well!

CHECKOUT 51




Checkout 51 is a shopping app that gives you money back on shopping for things you are already going to buy in the first place.
They have a big selection to pick from, just BUY, Scan, Get Paid!
Here is my first experience with Checkout51 so far! 

I am pretty impressed! I have a ways to go to reach the pay out, but not buy much, think of 5 more shopping trips!!!





Best stores to use it at at least that I have noticed personally, Safeway, Target, Rite Aid. I don't think there is a limit to how many stores you can shop and save at!

How does it work? 

1. Buy items from the Offer List at any store.

2. Upload a photo of your entire receipt using the app or website.

3. Earn cash back - Checkout 51 will confirm your purchase, credit your account, and you can cash out when your account reaches $20.

* New offers every Thursday. Items must be purchased and receipt must be uploaded within the valid date range.

Do I have to do anything to “earn” my offers?

Nope. Just go to any store, buy the products on offer, and upload a photo of your receipt. It’s that simple.

Offers go live on Thursdays at 12:00 AM in each time zone. 

 Make sure to check the website then before you go on your shopping for the week!

They expire the following Wednesday at 11:59 PM in each time zone. 

•  All receipts must be submitted while the offer is still live, and offers go quickly and are available in limited supply. Check the App to make sure items are available so you don't miss out.
•    Upload your receipt right away to ensure your earnings.
•  A quantity of (1) of each offer is eligible for cash back per member. This means you may only get one of each item listed.
•  Each receipt can only be used once. (this is a duh)
•  They can only give cash back for the exact product listed, so please read carefully. (yes this is TRUE! I would have had another deal on Ore-Ida buying two, but I accidentally bought one of the excluded items :( But I still got 25cents back for the second one! Oh well!)   
  
  
•  You are permitted to use Checkout 51 cash back offers with any other coupon or discount unless otherwise stated. Tap into the offer to see any conditions. (YAY! SO COOL, so you can use coupons and discounts with it!!)
•  Items purchased from online retailers are eligible for cash back. Packing slips are accepted as proof of purchase. Online purchases are subject to the same submission timelines as receipts.

Great little app, So far it gets an A+

ALTHOUGH I cannot find a referral code ANYWHERE, I don't know how to link you to them JUST yet, Keep checking back, I will have my answer soon! It would be REALLY cool if they did, you know?? I just sent an email to them to find out! Here's Wishing!

Ibotta is also a shopping app that gives you money back on shopping for things you are already going to buy. Even things you have already used a coupon on. You are basically making and extra bit of cash back for everything you buy, you just scan your receipt, and boom, they pay you! I have seen coupons for Milk, Bananas, Bread, even on Alcohol! 


Update
Since I have an Amazon Tablet 6, and Ibotta refuses to work unless installed with google play (meaning Can't do ANYTHING other than download with google play or what, Apple App store, which my TABLET DOES NOT GET.) I am very disappointed, I will have to wait to get a phone to use it :-( they emailed me and told me that it will download on tablets but that isn't true in my case. I BETTER GET MY $10) sign up thing! I DID try to send them a receipt and I am saying nice things about them on my blog!! Get something on the Amazon apps store, please? to download without a phone number or google play? That is my user analysis! Thank you. 


I wrote them 2 emails, and in both the emails the just said the same thing, I need the app to verify the stuff, and Tables can use the apps, but that's a partial lie"

Here is my last email to them 


"Your last letter just mostly repeated the letter I got before. I understand MOST tablets can download the thing, but MY tablet will not, I have done everything I can!!! seriously, EVERYTHING!!! You should offer it on the Amazon Apps platform so people with the Amazon Fire Tablets can use them! Please at LEAST just credit the $10 for TRYING to upload the receipt in multiple ways, including emailing support first, it expires TODAY!! Heck, I will even forget the first receipt that I was non-credited $2.50. I just got that email today too, I don't want to have to change my rating on my blog, and give you a lower grade for not being able to apply to all different download platforms and not even looking at someone TRYING to upload a receipt. I definitely want to keep it as an affiliate. I WILL wait till I get a new phone for any more receipts, but this not working for me, and you guys keep telling me it should it should, it will and not listening to me, your customers, your word of mouth advertising, I only advertise things I believe in. I hope we can settle this. If the next person cannot help me and tells me the same thing again, please send me the name of someone who can help me higher up. Thank you for your help!"

Anyway on to the rest of my review

Sometimes up to $5 back or more! I'm not kidding! (ALL and ANY BRAND and it doesn't matter where you buy it! (there are a FEW exceptions, but mostly it says Multiple Locations!  Just scan your receipt and make money back!

If you have a smartphone and you aren't using Ibotta to shop, you are REALLY missing out!!

P.S. This app and the following apps let you stack savings...

Meaning you can save 50 cents on EACH of the apps on lets say, Milk, you earn back $1.50 (saying that you are using the first 3)

and I believe there is a $5 minimum payout, and they mail you a check.

So far This one gets an A from me too, (except my issue with the app on my phone!)
